How we keep our visits considerate

Our plumbers follow sensible hygiene practices on every job. That means frequent, thorough handwashing with soap and water or alcohol-based sanitiser, sanitising work areas and commonly handled equipment such as phones and iPads, good respiratory etiquette when covering coughs and sneezes, and minimising unnecessary contact while we work. We're respectful of your space, mindful of vulnerable household members, and happy to accommodate any requests that make you more comfortable when we visit. Where public-health restrictions call for it, we'll also wear masks in social settings.

If anyone in your household is unwell, undergoing home quarantine, or you'd simply prefer extra precautions, just let us know when you book. We're glad to reschedule or work with you to find an approach that suits.

Feeling unwell?

If a member of our team is unwell, we will not attend, and we'll reschedule your job at the earliest convenient time. Our staff stay home when they're unwell and seek medical advice where required. We'd ask the same courtesy in return, so we can keep everyone safe.
